Backups only matter on the day everything goes wrong. However, that is exactly the day most people discover they weren’t running. Because most business owners don’t have time to stay on top of it, they simply don’t.

If your site goes down at 3am, we know before your customers do. And when you need text changed, a page added, or something's behaving oddly, you email and it gets done. Same person every time.

Plenty of maintenance services are anonymous dashboards that someone runs from who-knows-where. We’re a small studio, so you deal with the same person every time, rather than a ticket queue.

We’ve looked after WordPress sites since 2011, and some management clients have stayed with us for years. You don’t need to have built your site with us, either. In fact, we regularly take on sites that other agencies, freelancers, or the owners themselves built.
Every takeover starts with a full health check. First we fix anything urgent, then we move to routine care. From day one you also get the same Patchstack protection that every one of our maintenance clients gets.
We’re based in Bexley and happy to meet you in person if you’re nearby. However, we do everything remotely, so we look after sites right across the UK.

Yes, as long as it is built on WordPress. We start every takeover with a full health check so we know exactly what we’re inheriting, then fix any immediate issues before moving to routine care.
We find out fast through monitoring, restore from a clean backup, close the hole it came through, and tell you what happened in plain English.
Every site we manage runs Patchstack, which guards against known plugin and theme vulnerabilities as they’re disclosed. That stops the overwhelming majority of attacks, but nobody can guarantee a site will never be compromised, and anyone who promises that is selling you a lie.
No, you are free to cancel the service at any time. Although a website management plan is important, it is your website and ultimately the decision lies with you.

We’re a small studio in Bexley, South East London, and we’re happy to meet in person if you’re nearby. But WordPress management is done remotely. We look after sites all over the UK, and most clients never need to see us.
